Returns & Exchanges
We want you to enjoy every pair you buy from Mirisa. If something doesn't work out, we make it easy to return or exchange it. Here is how it works.
Exchanges
You can exchange your pair for a different size or style for free. This free exchange is available one time only per order. A second exchange on the same order will have a charge of ₹150 per pair.
Returns & Refunds
If you would like to return your pair, ₹150 per pair will be deducted from your refund amount. This covers the shipping charges for both ways, the delivery to you and the return pickup. Your refund will be processed once we receive the product and it passes our quality check.
Store Credit
Instead of a refund, you can choose to receive store credit for the full amount of your returned pair. Store credit is valid for 6 months and can be used on your next purchase on the Mirisa website. If a product purchased using store credit is later returned or exchanged, a charge of ₹150 per pair will apply.
Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.
Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please let us know immediately, within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Open the Returns/Exchanges tab on our website and follow the steps shown.
Proof of Return
When you hand over the parcel, please ask the courier for a receipt and keep it. It helps us track and process your return faster.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned or exchanged products must be unused and in original condition, with the original packaging and the shoe bag. All tags must be intact and unbroken. Mirisa reserves the right to decline a return or exchange if any of the terms above are not met.
Charges to Know About
Shipping is free on all orders. Cash on Delivery orders have a ₹50 COD fee, which is not refundable.
